Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience with GCSE Catch Up. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment.

To be eligible for a refund, you must request a refund within 14 days of your enrollment date. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Refund requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that certain conditions may apply:

Refunds will only be provided for the cost of the course enrollment fee. Any additional charges, such as transaction fees or third-party fees, are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for any course materials or resources that have been accessed or downloaded.
Refunds will not be provided if the course has been completed or more than 25% of the course content has been accessed.

Refunds will not be issued if the request is made after the 14-day refund period has expired.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the refund policy is being abused or if there is evidence of fraudulent activity.
